TF522, 24V/ 30W heating foil flexible, self-adhesive, silicone (100x 75mm)
Heating flexible foil/mat is intended for heating objects not only with a flat shape. Thanks to the wide range, you can choose the desired heating foil according to the shape and size of the heated object. The heating foil can be powered not only by electricity from the public grid, but also by solar photovoltaic cells, water turbines, wind power plants... The thermal output of 30W guarantees negligible financial costs for the operation of electricity. Size of heating element 100x 75mm. Uniform temperature distribution over the entire surface with a fast start-up and small power tolerance. The surface temperature of the film without cooling (without sticking) approx. 90° to 95°C at an average ambient temperature of 20°C. The temperature of the foil surface is highly dependent on the ambient temperature, but also on the substrate or surface on which it is placed, i.e. the temperature will be lower if it is on tiles or sheet metal and higher if it is on poorly thermally conductive material such as polystyrene or wood. The maximum working temperature of the heating foil must not exceed 200°C. A heating element made by etching a foil from a semiconductor resistance alloy. The foils are made of heat-conducting high-quality silicone, so it is also suitable for operation at high working temperatures. The heating foil has a high degree of protection IP64, it is resistant to water, moisture, dust, chemicals and mechanical damage, e.g. scratches, tears. Self-adhesive acrylic surface from the bottom side. High security, performance and quality. With sufficient heat removal (cooling), the heating foil can be operated even without regulation.

- heating element controlled by a timer (more info Time and Switch clocks), the required temperature is maintained by turning the heating element off and on
- heating element controlled by a voltage regulator (more info Regulation), the required temperature is maintained by changing the voltage
