TF95, 12V/ 72W heating with thermostat for chicken coops, doghouses
Electric heater controlled by a thermostat for heating chicken coops, doghouses and other smaller spaces. In this set, heating is ensured by two waterproof self-adhesive flexible heating foils. Full heating power of 72W heating at 12V voltage. Safe 12V power supply from battery/accumulator or mains adapter (included in the package). The room thermostat with a temperature range from 0° to +60°C is immediately ready for operation, it has a cord with a plug for connecting to the electrical network, the cord ending in a socket is used to connect the power supply (transformer), which supplies electricity to the heating foil. The thermostat therefore safely switches the entire power supply unit on and off, including the heating foils. The heating foil is stuck to the inside of the piece of sheet metal, it helps distribute the heat better and protects the heating foil against mechanical damage. The heater is attached to the floor or wall of the shed. The size of one heating foil is 320x136mm, the heating element is made of a semiconductor heating wire, they are made of high-quality transparent polyester, waterproof with self-adhesive on one side. The heating foil itself serves as an additional safety thermal protection, when heat accumulates and the temperature rises above 100°C, the heating foil is destroyed and the electrical circuit is interrupted. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure sufficient heat dissipation. The heating foils are connected to a 3 meter long cable terminated with a connector for connection to the power supply (transformer). Fast air heating. Economical operation, due to low consumption and temperature regulation.

installation of heating with thermostat:
Flexible heating foil is designed for surface mounting in any position. The heating foil must not be broken, as this could damage the heating element. Do not cover completely with other materials to avoid heat accumulation. Holes must not be made in the foil, e.g. with a nail.
