SO143, solar automatic water plant 25l/min, displacement up to 86 m
Solar automatic water plant that does not depend on the supply of electricity from the grid. Solar panels produce electricity by converting direct sunlight (more info on Wikipedia.cz). This solar water plant is mainly intended for the supply of water to the water distribution system under pressure, the submersible spindle pump works with a voltage of 230V. The solar water plant is suitable for supplying water to cottages, cottages, watering animals, watering gardens, greenhouses, washing, etc. It can be used to pump clean to slightly cloudy water without mechanical substances (maximum 0.5 mm).
The automatic solar water plant contains a solar photovoltaic panel for the production of electricity, the solar regulator gently stores the produced electricity in a 12V battery. The stored electrical energy powers a sine wave converter, which produces from 12V exactly the same voltage that you have in the socket, with this voltage we power the submersible spindle pump at 230V. We chose this submersible spindle pump because of its dimensions, which allow it to be used in drilled wells, its outer diameter is 75mm. The pump has a maximum water flow of 25 liters/minute (1,500 l/hour), a discharge up to a height of 86 meters, and a maximum submergence of the pump of 80 meters. An adjustable pressure switch of 2 bar to 3.5 bar takes care of the correct continuous water pressure, it turns on the submersible pump when the pressure drops (opening the tap) and, conversely, turns off the submersible pump when the system is pressurized (closing the tap). It also includes an expansion tank with a volume of 25 liters for a smoother supply of water, protects the water lines against pressure surges. The connected manometer is used to check the water pressure. Of course, a non-return valve is used in the system. The control electronics only switch on the entire electronics when the pressure drops, which significantly reduces the consumption of electricity from the accumulator. The solar water plant is equipped with 1 ball valve with a 1" (25mm) hose outlet. The connection between the pump and pressure vessel with a switch is also prepared for a 1" (25mm) hose. Pipe thread (more info on Wikipedia.cz). the cable between the solar panel and the controller is 5 meters long, terminated with solar connectors. The 230V cable between the pressure switch and the inverter is 1.5 meters long, terminated by a socket. The control cable between the pressure switch and the inverter is 1.5 meters long, terminated by a connector. The cable between the solar regulator and the accumulator is 2 meters long, terminated with eyelets. The cable between the voltage converter and the battery is 0.5 meters long. The battery with a capacity of 100Ah is maintenance-free and can be operated in any working position.
The solar water plant is able to power the pump on a charged accumulator for up to 1.5 hours, when it pumps a maximum amount of 2250 liters of liquid (at 1500 liters/hour). With its power, the solar panel will fully charge the offered maintenance-free battery approx. in 20 hours (sunny). The submersible pump has a recommended number of starts of 30 per hour. A hanging cord for the pump is included in the package. The water plant has a whole range of protections, such as protection against overheating in the pump, protection against low voltage, overload, overheating in the voltage converter... The solar automatic water plant is immediately ready for use, nothing leaks, everything is tested, simple installation and operation. All year round, at no additional cost.

the pump is intended for use below the surface, the pump and pipes must be protected from frost, the pump must not be suspended on the supply cable (suspension cord included in the package), the pump has a central suction, the solar photovoltaic panel can be placed indoors or due to sufficient coverage in the outdoor environment, the panel surface should be exposed to the south side, due to the greatest possible intensity of solar radiation, the ideal slope under which the light hits the solar panel is 35° in our conditions
