SHB20, solar hybrid boiler 12l, 24V/ 250W
Completely equipped solar all-stainless hot water boiler for 24V ideal for cottages, cottages, alternative housing. A boiler is a device for heating and storing domestic hot water (more info on Wikipedia.cz). Boiler intended for distribution systems with low water pressure. Boiler volume 12 liters. Heating with a 24V heating cartridge with a power of 250W. Connection of 4 photovoltaic panels in a series-parallel connection (solar panels are not included). The heating power of 250W can heat water from 5° to 65°C in approx. 3.5 hours. The boiler also has 2 additional free inputs ready for any heating cartridge with a G 1/2" thread, which can be powered according to the given need, e.g. from solar panels, a generator. The 24V stainless steel heating cartridge has its own thermostat with a temperature range from 0° to +90°C. The thermostat can be set to a temperature of 5°C as protection against freezing. The cold water inlet and hot water outlet are solved with G 1/2" hose extensions (included in the package). To display the current water temperature, you will also find a digital thermometer with a clear LCD display in the package, the thermometer has a 5-meter long temperature sensor. The boiler has many safety features. The boiler contains an emergency thermostat, an automatic venting valve, an insurance overpressure valve set to a pressure of 2.5 bar and terminated with a 10 mm hose extension. A ball valve terminated with a 15 mm hose extension is used to empty the water from the tank. The entire boiler is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. The casing of the boiler is made of high-strength insulation and serves to minimize heat losses. An integrated anode rod that compensates for the effects of electrolytic corrosion and thus protects the parts of the heater, especially the boiler shell, from corrosion. An angular structure of the body chosen for the maximum possible saving of space. The boiler can be fixed to the floor or to the wall with four M8 screws. Power supply via a 5 meter long cable terminated with solar connectors, including 2x solar hubs for connecting solar photovoltaic panels. Long-term and error-free operation even under extreme conditions.
