Product detailed description

This active carbon filter in shortened length is a necessary part of your ventilation system if you need to get rid of unwanted smells. The Prima Klima odor filter from the Eco line K2600 FLAT series with an air flow of 240/360 m3/h is characterized by easy installation and high reliability. It is used to clean the supply or exhaust air of unwanted odors by means of physical and chemical absorption. Activated carbon from coconut shells effectively absorbs odors caused by industrial production, as well as food, kitchen, cremation or other activities. The filter is filled with activated coconut carbon and lined with a white F5 pre-filter. The service life of activated carbon depends on the amount of pollution of the filtered air and the surrounding conditions, it is usually about 9 months. The filter can be connected horizontally and vertically. The Prima Klima filter allows fans to work more efficiently than competing carbon filters. With these filters, lower energy consumption and a much longer product life are guaranteed.

The operating air temperature is from 10°C - 70°C and air humidity 0 - 100%.

Calculation to choose a suitable filter
We calculate the volume of air in the room, where we multiply the length of the room (m) by the width of the room (m) and the height of the ceiling (m).
For example: A room with a length of 4 m, width 3 m and ceiling height 2 m => 4 x 3 x 2 = 24 m3
We multiply the resulting volume of air by the number 60 (i.e. the number of minutes per hour), thereby finding out how much air needs to be purified in 1 hour.
We will compare the result with the maximum performance of the selected filter. If its maximum performance is higher than our result, the filter is sufficient for the given space.
