HOW IT WORKS:

Plants are placed in the mesh basket of the Oxypot with the roots extending into the growth chamber where an air pump oxygenates the solution. The roots thus have a constant supply of nutrient solution in an oxygen-rich environment, which guarantees their rapid growth. This system is ideal for growers who want to use substrates and other media for cultivation, maximize the use of space in the room or box and precise fertilization through the root ball.

Oxypot Single Kit Product Details :

In Oxypots, plants are grown in a highly oxygenated nutrient solution, which ensures vigorous growth and a high yield. Each Oxypot consists of a 20 liter container with a 140mm mesh in the lid, in which the plant is placed in the growing medium. The roots are placed in a growth chamber where an air pump oxygenates the nutrient solution. There is a clear tube on the side of the plastic container, thanks to which you can easily check the level of the nutrient solution, which should be 1 to 2 cm below the mesh container.

Using oxypots:

Growing in DWC is pretty straightforward, it's all about keeping your nutrients at the right strength and correct level in the bucket. Fill your oxypot with fresh nutrient solution once a week. During the week, as nutrient levels drop, top off your bucket with 1/4 to 1/2 strong nutrient solution to maintain levels and adjust pH as needed. Don't let the level drop too low because the less water in the bucket, the more toxic the nutrients. Also pay attention to the health of your plants, as nutrient strength can fluctuate significantly, especially in flower. If the tips of your leaves are white or yellow, this is tip burn from overfeeding, so reduce nutrient strength or dilute with more water!
