Hysteresis:
- humidity difference or inertia when the device switches on and off
- humidity reduction - e.g. if the hysteresis is 1% RH, the desired humidity is 20% RH, the hygrostat switches off at 21% RH and switches on again at 20% RH
- humidification - e.g. if the hysteresis is 1% RH, the desired humidity is 20% RH, the hygrostat switches off at 19% RH and switches on again at 20% RH
