IN03, air ionizer for air conditioning
The air ionizer IN03 has been successfully tested by the State Health Institute and serves to enrich the air with negative ions. The device is a high-performance generator of negative ions intended for air technology such as ventilation, air conditioning, recuperation units. The ionizer has an emitter (brush) outside the box on a 1m long high-voltage cable, which is installed in the air distribution, preferably behind the filter. Air flow max. 150m3/h. The main switch is located on the box. No harmful ozone was detected with the IN03 ionizer. Negative ions are fired into the space by a special high-voltage emitter (brush) made of carbon fibers, which intensively ionizes the air. The produced negative ions (anions) are colorless and odorless (be careful not to confuse them with ozone). Immediate installation, for connection to electricity. the net is served by a cord with a fork 3 meters long. The device is intended for surface mounting. Hanging brackets (included in delivery) are used to fix the device on the wall. Long-term and error-free operation even under extreme conditions.

use of the ionizer:
In everyday life, it can be used to neutralize odors and enrich the air with negative ions in operating rooms, hospitals, at home, waiting rooms, changing rooms, relaxation rooms, salt caves, sports halls, gyms, antistatic workplaces, at home, in the food industry, industry, or in science. Wherever you use electrical and electronic devices, positive ions (cations) are created by the action of electrostatic charges, these cations cause increased nervousness and fatigue. This air ionizer enriches the air with negative (anions). These negative charges balance this positive charge and thus improve the breathability of the air. The device neutralizes electrostatic charges and increases the concentration of negative ions.
Suitably selected ionization reduces the production of NH3 (ammonia/ammonia), NO2 (nitrogen dioxide), H2S (hydrogen sulfide), CH4 (methane), N2O (nitrogen oxide) in animal production ), CO2 (carbon dioxide), dust particles, further leads to an improvement in the condition and a reduction in the consumption of drugs in animals.

The ionizer is not equipped with any fan or filters that need to be replaced (no extra expenses).

installation of the ionizer:
For deployment and use the included pliers to change the brush, the carbon fiber brush is very fragile. The ionizer produces high voltage even with minimal current. Install the device near the ventilation distribution, the cable with the brush is inserted through the prepared opening into the distribution, preferably behind the filter. A PG11 grommet is also included. The device must not come into contact with water or other liquids.

maintenance of the ionizer:
Always observe safety precautions during maintenance. Before handling the device, switch it off and disconnect it from the mains. The emitter (brush) can get dirty over time, you can clean it by vacuuming or scraping it (or replacing it with a new one). Do not use this product and its accessories contrary to this manual! The ionizer does not require any maintenance apart from cleaning the brush. Do not use any scrubbing agents or chemical solvents (paint and varnish thinners), as these agents could damage the surface. The recommended cleaning is mechanical.
