GL22, COMPLETE UV-C germicidal water sterilizer 11W (G23)
Complete lamp including including a germicidal UVC fluorescent lamp with an output of 11W designed for direct sterilization and disinfection of both fresh and salt water. The sterilizer has a high degree of IP44 protection and is designed for wet, humid and demanding areas. The lamp reliably disinfects reservoirs/ponds, pools, ponds up to a volume of 8000 liters. The maximum water flow through the sterilizer is 3000 liters/hour. The water/liquid temperature should be between 4° and 35°C. Bacteriocidal short-wave ultraviolet radiation is used for effective sterilization of air, liquids and surfaces. Furthermore, it reliably destroys the vast majority of bacteria, microorganisms, viruses, bacilli, streptococci, protozoa, spores, fungi, yeasts, algae, and thrips. It is a photochemical process of disinfection/sterilization during which no toxic by-products or chemical products are created that would affect the environment. The filter glass of the fluorescent lamp limits the formation of ozone, which is created at a wavelength of 185 nm, and the inner coating, in turn, limits the degradation of useful UV-C radiation, which is at a wavelength of 253.7 nm.
