Autopot AQUAbox Straight

The single-knot irrigation system is especially suitable for outdoors. Ideal for larger growing containers, boxes with mats, wooden crates, growing bags when growing in greenhouse or outdoors. If you have a chest on your balcony, you can certainly use it there too.

The tank is not included in the package.

The package contains:

• 1x AQUAbox
• 1x AQUAvalve valve
• 1x Circular Spirit Level
• 1x 16mm-6mm In-line Filter
• 1x 6mm Top Hat Grommet
• 1x AQUAbox Straight Capillary Matting
• 2m of 6mm Pipe
• 1x Instructions

The tank must be installed a few tens of centimeters higher than the growing area. The AquaValve valve controls irrigation according to plant requirements. Whenever the plants use up all the moisture in the substrate, the capillary wick dries out. Then the valve opens and the wicks are moistened again.

Plants are not in danger of drying out or overflowing, and the system saves water and, most importantly, your time, as it does not require constant monitoring. In combination with a sufficiently large tank, it ensures watering of your herbs for several days.

Installation

AquaBox is placed as much as possible in the center, directly in the gardening substrate. Place the capillary fabric so that it extends equally on both sides of the AquaBox. Place the AquaBox outside the box and insert one end of the capillary fabric into it. We stretch the other end over the entire box.

The strips of capillary fabric must face the device in a slight slope. Then we connect it to the tank or barrel with the dressing. The roots of the plant instinctively direct themselves towards the water source and naturally adhere to the capillary tissue.
